Lenox MA. The Lenox Chamber of Commerce is launching a two week program of free events to educate and inspire people to live healthier lives. There will be lectures, yoga classes, and outdoor activities.Some of the participants are: Canyon Ranch, Kripalu, Lenox Fitness Center, and The Ultra Wellness Center (Dr. Mark Hyman.) Here in Lenox, MA, we’re right next door to Pittsfield, where we recently visited the renovated Berkshire Museum The new Hall of Innovation is a must see! We were amazed at the number of important inventions that took place in the Berkshires.

We had a great lunch today at Firefly, one of the fine restaurants in Lenox. Firefly has just started serving lunch every day, although it has always been better known for its dinner menu. The lunch - a variety of salads, soups, wraps and their fabulous kettle chips - makes a relaxing break in the middle of a hectic day of sightseeing or shopping in town.
